Internship Program

The Internship Program is the perfect opportunity for someone who is interested in having a more in depth look at a particular field or career.  This program is designed for college graduates who would like to gain the experience of working in the United States in their desired field.  Participants of the Internship Program complete the program with a more international outlook on not only their particular field, but on the world as well.

 

Program Details:

Time Period:                              Depends on applicant preference and internship
                                                availability.
                                                Internships generally run from 3 months to 12 months.
                                                Rolling application deadline.

                                                availability.

Internship Description:                Past internships have included positions in the industries of hotel/hospitality/tourism, finance, civil engineering, architecture, education, business administration, law, care-giver, national park conservation, aviation, and medical services.

Application Requirements:          Applicants must be between the ages of 22 to 35 years old and either graduated from college in an internship-related major or have at least two years work experience in the internship-related field.  Applicants must also have intermediate to advanced English proficiency capabilities.

CHI will not only help applicants find a suitable internship, but will also place applicants in a carefully-selected host family.  Participants will stay with a host family throughout the term of their internship.  CHI will provide all necessary visa documents and will oversee the entire visa process.
