Teach & Travels Academic Year Placement Program offers ESL
teacher placement services to native English speakers. Generally, participants
in this program have had prior experience teaching English to speakers of other
languages. Teachers will be paid a competitive monthly salary from elementary,
junior high or senior high schools in Taiwan or China. These schools have been
carefully screened by ISCE to ensure that they are comfortable working
environments, as well as reputable and professional schools.

Program Dates:
Teachers generally teach for one full academic year and two months during the
summer. Start dates depend on the demand of the host institution.
Program Locations:
ISCE will strive to accommodate participant preferences with those of the host
institutions or organizations. Most teaching sites are located in areas that
enable teachers to take weekend trips to major tourist sites and/or large
cities.

Application Deadline:
The Academic Year Placement Program has a rolling application deadline.
Generally, most schools need teachers at the start of the academic year in late
August or early September.
Application Fee:
Application fee $35.00 (non-refundable)
The $35.00 application fee should be included in the application packet.
